The Board of Social Action at Rock Spring Congregational United Church of Christ is pleased to host an open forum to discuss the moral, legal, political, and military implications of our current practices and policies relating to torture.

Professor of Government Tony Arend, Georgetown University: Legal aspects of torture
U.S. Representative Jim Moran: Political aspects of torture
Moderator: Rock Spring member Dr. Steve Xenakis, an Army Brigadier General and psychiatrist who has done much work in this area. Dr. Xenakis will provide the context.
